If you want to deal with a very rude and unprofessional gate guard who works the night shift and treats your guest with disrespect I suggest you not move to this place. After multiple altercations with the gate guard for the way he spoke to me (as if he owned the apartments) and address me the very last altercation, he had the audacity to threaten me with a fight after I finally stood up for myself and addressed his horrible attitude towards me. He started being very offensive and told me to turn around my car to fight. My friend went and complained to the HOA ( my Friend lives here not me) the manager reasoned with the employee and was also rude to my friend stating I needed to be more patient. Ive also heard the manager has a very bad reputation for being extremely unprofessional. So this company pretty much condones aggressive and unprofessional behavior. The manager advised I needed to be more patient so Im guessing she was also referring to the 5 cars in front of me (which one ended up leaving) because on top of the gate guard being extremely rude and disrespectful he is never at the gate. These altercations are not only with me they have also been to all of my friends guest. My friend is highly upset because none of us feel comfortable going to visit him anymore. I was appalled when the manager condoned the gate guards behavior as to that speaks volumes about the type of personnel running this complex. I feel extremely uncomfortable going to see my friend because of this gate guard which I shouldnt be in the first place. Since they wont do anything about the situation I put it upon myself to write this review. Also forgot to mention he got in a yelling match with my friend who is a resident here because of his nasty attitude. That being said he also has no respect toward residents living here.
