Without a question would recommend Sunburst for any window treatments youre looking for. Ramon and Jonathan installed our roller shades and were efficient, knowledgeable and all around great to deal with. Ramon also handled installation of plantation shutters that completely changed the look of our home. This is the easiest recommendation Ive written.

After having the sales rep Todd review our plans and agreeing on products we placed our order for the living room and master bedroom windows.The shutters were scheduled for install and due to a miscommunication we had to stop the process with the installer. We informed the office of our issues and Todd returned, reviewed the issues and worked with us to resolve everything. Now after the adjustments have been completed the installer returned to reinstall the units, taken to modify, and install the other units. Both times the installer has been here he was clean, neat and very polite. He completed the installs, explained how to care for the product and reinforced that the company stands behind the products 100%. I would recommend the product and hope you get the installer that is proud of the company he works for, something that is becoming a rare commodity!
