I waited over an hour and a half to be told this doctor wouldnt be able to treat me, it would have been helpful had that been noticed in my referrals prior to appointment. But, the one star rating is because i waited without seeing Doctor for an hour and a half and no one bothered telling me that i would be unable to receive treatment- Im still waiting for the list of other treatment clinics they promised to email for recommendations. when i asked to speak with an office supervisor about the experience I was cut off then put back on a ridiculous hold. I would skip this clinic if youre seeking quality care. very disappointing.

These people treat patients very badly. The worst experience of my life, the administrative staff and the nurse were very rude with us.

After suffering a bad back injury I was treated by Dr. Rivera and it was the most unpleasant experience. Dr. Rivera did nothing to help me improve my condition to the point I had to switch to another provider. Im not saying Orlando Orthopedic is a bad place to receive treatment but if you have Dr. Rivera I recommend you have your provider switched.
