**UPDATE 3.22.23** Communication with this company is actually horrible. Cant reach anyone to schedule an inspection. I do not recommend this company. I engaged FEWA through Lowe's to replace a natural gas water heater. Bad news first: the sales rep dispatched who I won't name was aggressive and slick-talking, and abandoned any sense of customer service once I signed the contract. Then, there was a great deal of chaos and confusion dealing with the office staff surrounding the contract and getting the installation scheduled. Naturally, this made me uneasy about the prospect of installation. The good news is that Nico was the FEWA technician who responded to complete the actual installation. Nico was excellent -- he thoroughly explained the process, endured my endless questions, and was incredibly pleasant throughout the entire installation process. What's more, this took place 2 days before Christmas and under temperatures hovering near 40 degrees which is unusual for West Central Florida. Nico went above and beyond, and even took extra time to detail special maintenance techniques to extend the life of the new equipment. In short, the five-star rating is for the highly professional installation experience only. FEWA's sales and office staff were far less professional, and would be rated one star if not for their excellent, highly professional technician, which redeemed the rating on this review. I hope that FEWA recognizes the asset they have in employing Nico. FEWA has much to do to improve their sales and customer service experiences. Service: Plumbing fixture installation

Great water softener product. They are a great product and service.They have been fantastic. We have been a customer since moving to our home in 2020.
