        I was driving on the 528 eastbound when one of your drivers proceeded to cross over a solid white line under the epass, cutting me off. After doing so, he must have gotten upset that I honked my horn at him because he then started driving 60 mph in a 70. He drove next to the 18-wheeler he was trying to get around, matching his speed, causing traffic all because he didn't like that I honked my horn at him. When finally I was able to switch lanes, he cut me off again. When I finally get a picture of the company, he's giving me the finger.
