I've been having troubles with my refunds for the last 3 years in a row.I didn't receive any of the stimulus payment.They never have an answer.I have to call the IRS by my own and do everything for what they charge for my self.Im so mad and disappointed with their services.The customer service is very poor.They always have wrong answers and all I know about my refunds and status is because I've been in touch with the IRS by my own.I do not recommend this place to anybody.For better results do it by yourself at least is free!!!!
