There are members of corporate leadership that are unprofessional in many ways. Communication with staff is typically fueled by emotions. Many times it lacks professionalism and results in management speaking to staff as if theyre incompetent children as opposed to professional adults. It is difficult for criticism to be constructive when management doesnt deal in facts but rather in emotions. The fact of the matter is the company lacks in structure and organization in which both would promote efficiency. There is limited innovation.The systems, processes, and resources provided actually hinder productivity. However, no worries! As management will still micromanage, nonetheless, and blame the staff for their deficiencies. In fact, favoritism and nepotism run rampant. A few of the leaders are absolute bullies and have zero leadership skills. Just be sure to be in with the in crowd, or youll be targeted for anything while observing the same or far worse among others. Its laughable.
Dear Leadership,
Managers directly influence corporate culture through leadership, communication, and delegation.
The lack thereof directly impacts retention and may explain the undeviating turnover rate.
Do better.
