Horrible experience ! Been here before for the same reason to buy a watch battery. The previous time was not a problem.I went to the Goodwill in that area and found a Fossil watch but it didn't have a battery. For Convenience of going all the way to my jeweler in MetroWest I decided to go in there. The lady greeted me and told me it would be $15 and I told her well out of convenience, I would be willing to pay that. I was there a half hour, and she comes back and tells me the watch is working when I could clearly see it wasn't it would stop and start so there was obviously a problem with the watch. She has the jeweler come out and he tries to school me on what type of watch I have. It wasn't running how I'm used to those type of watches to run and I had question him about that. So I told the the lady, just take the battery out and I will take it to my jeweler and she wasn't happy with that . So I went out of my way and went to my jeweler and we could tell the watch wasn't working within 5 minutes. I was taking a chance by buying the watch in the first place, but the lady at the Stewart's wanted to have her $15 to rip me off. Regardless if the watch worked or not.You know I might have been appeared to be" Riff Raff" to her how she looked down her nose at me. At least this " Riff Raff" was smart enough not to get ripped off and take my business elsewhere. I'm sure the owners that started the business 75 years ago would be very displeased on how she treated me and from what I understand all the other negative reviewers on google. I recommend going out of your way maybe if you're in that area, to Aldo's jewelry.
