Short story: We ordered an office chair and experienced amazing customer service and communications every step of the way. Very happy with the product. Long story: We had been looking for a chair that would allow my wife to comfortably work 8-10 hours daily. She if 5 ft tall and has been suffering from lower back pain. After extensive online research and several online purchases / returns of chairs that only made the back pain worse, I was referred to ICS and was immediately impressed by the quick response. Although ICS specializes in commercial sales, Rosanne never made me feel like my single chair was any less important to her. She took the time to meet with us and had several chairs ready for my wife to try out. She also guided us through all the fabric and operational options. Accepting delivery of our chair was also a pleasure as the warehouse person disassembled and loaded it into our car. I recommended ICS to anyone who is having difficulty finding a comfortable chair for their home office. P.S. I noticed they also sell great looking desks, side tables, and cubicles.
