The place is old building but the new owner is trying to fix the place, the management is very nice people and would work with you but they only follow what the owner says, there a lot of old tenants staying in there and they don't have to leave every 3 weeks or 21 days but the new tenant have to leave because that's they new rule . The price is fair for 3 weeks plus a deposit is $350. When you leave you can take your deposit or you can leave if your coming back and get your old room. It's pretty big room you just have to clean the bathroom.
But all in all I'll give them 5 star for a good and respectful management.
Walkability: Close to 7-11 and public transportation

This is the old original section of the tourist trap from the old '70s and '80s era. The owners did a nice job with the physical plant and the property making it look updated and painted nicely and clean. The old school hotel rooms, think Howard Johnson era, all have been redone to a higher than normal standard. but it looks like the redo is definitely not fresh and right on the brink if not over the brink of its expiration date and ready to be redone again..... lumpy bed ,worn out this and that ,you could tell this place has been used and abused hard... especially due to where it's located on the old Central strip, and it's time for a new fresh redo. With that being said they had better than normal rates compared to their competition and that's why I stayed there. I would definitely go back here for an overnight stay. I don't think I would stay long-term. I'm just being honest. Otherwise they've done a great job and hopefully they'll start slowly to refresh blocks of rooms soon. Breakfast was included with the price of admission and it was above average I'm happy to report with some very nice fresh options as far as fruit goes.
