Been with spectrum for about decade. Service was ok. A few years ago, I canceled all services except internet while in their office returning the equipment. I always handled everything else via online. Apparently, they did not cancel cable even though they had the boxes (when you had to have boxes to watch TV). When we moved this month I called to cancel service and heard the rep say I had cable. I asked how long. It added it up to $2,400 I paid not using the service at all. They refused to refund any of it saying I got a paper bill and should have seen I was paying for cable. They don't service my new area either so NOTHING. Not even a sorry or we'll cover your final bill or anything! I didn't even expect the full refund but they can see it was never used. Will be calling corporate soon between dealing with cancer and moving.
