        No one answers the phone at this business and when you leave a voicemail - no one calls back. Not even in a professional setting do they answer calls. Not. Good.

        They left the job without getting a final inspections and now the permit is expired. I have been calling them for an entire week. I have called a minimum of 60 times, left a minimum of 10 messages (there are multiple extensions and I have left 2-3 messages on each extensions voicemail), & I have not spoken to a single person. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I cannot close out this permit without them! This is something they should have done before they left the job! It is a part of the contract, to finish the job and the job isn't done until the permit is satisfied and closed. Terrible company!
