One of the absolute worst, if not the worst AV Rental Company in Illinois.Extremely disorganized, dishonest, and debased companies out there.I've seen this company ruin multiple events due to poor work ethic, low end equipment and a complete lack of care for their clients, in fact I've never once been a part of an event with them they didn't mess up catastrophically.They're frequently hours late, use untested and faulty equipment and pay no attention to the small details that are required for a job to be successful. Their crew is lazy and disrespectful.DO NOT HIRE Grand AV services if you want your job to go smoothly.There are dozens of wonderful honest AV companies out there that will do a far better job on ensuring your event goes well!

I can't enough about Paul
He is the man of the hard times, whenever you need to use an AV services, Paul should be in your speed dial contacts.
He does to use phenomenal jobs.
I just can't thank him enough.
