        What a difference a location makes! Wonderful customer service. Took my package and taped it up with no problems unlike the other store in Chicago Ridge!

        Went to this location yesterday. Sign said "Now Open" and Saturday hours were 9:00. Got there after 9:00, doors were locked and no one was there. Total waste of time! Found another UPS store in Homer Glen. Fast, efficient service!

        Bad service. 3 days they have to deliver and they charge me 2nd delivery. No more ups service, switching to fedex.

      I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but we moved in September 2022. We are in the same plaza, located next to Bob's Discount Furniture.
