I recently needed my septic pumped and was shopping around for a provider.  I looked at a couple different companies and decided to try out the least expensive provider that I could find and see how it went.  Waste Water Management of Northern Illinois was outstanding.  I believe the service technician was Michael.  He was prompt and answered all my questions.  I especially liked how he used the power agitator to ensure all solids were well mixed up and sucked out, NOT left at the bottom of the tank.These guys have it right when they say "Why pay a higher price for less service".  Not only was their price not high, but they provided excellent service!I strongly recommend anyone to give these guys a try!

I have used Waste Water for my businesses for the last few years. Always very responsive and knowledgeable. Its never a fun call to make when there is an issue but Mike has been very quick to come out and resolve any issues at my businesses, even on a Sunday. He is a problem solver and wants to get to the bottom of the issue. My guests have not had a poor experience due to these issues because WWM was on it! Always appreciated as a business owner. Also use them for my personal residence, price is very reasonable. Service: Sewer repair

These guys did an amazing job on my recent septic problem. I called them first thing in the morning because nothing was draining in our house. I had used them about 3 years ago for a simple septic pump and I really got a good feeling about them. They seemed very honest and reasonable. When I called, I got in touch with the son, Mike, and he understood the situation that I was in with no ability to use any water in the house. He said he had a couple of appointments in the morning but he would try to get by before noon to check things out. He called me well before noon and said that he was free and could get out to my house.Since it had been a couple of years since my septic had been pumped, Mike started by pumping the tank and then checking things out. It turned out, even after pumping the tank out, the house was still not draining. There was a blockage between the house and the tank. So, Mike went to work accessing the basement clean out where the septic comes in. It was completely full and he had to drain it in buckets in order to just see what was going on. He ended up finding out that the cast iron pipe coming out of the house was broken in between the house and the tank. But, he was able to clear the blockage and get things working for the short-term.Both father and son returned today and replaced the pipe between the house and the tank. The price that they charged was very, very reasonable. I will not only continue to use them for all of my septic needs, but I will also highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The Son... Mike was a condescending jerk. I called and explained my issues with our ceptic while he snickered and laughed into the phone, constantly inturrepted and talked over nearly everything I said. I told him the actual issue with the septic, but apparently only septic guys know ANYTHING about septic systems... he the proceeded to tell me what I already said, that he already talked over. He then tried to decline the business saying he was going to charge a lot more for it being a Saturday, when it shows its their normal business hours...Your decision to sell/ give your business to your Son, is the end if your company...My wife is a NEW nurse, that was thrown to the wolves and forced to work 12-14hr. day around a lot of sick people, she needs a shower. I am disabled with Parkinson, none of this information was given to Mike. I didn't ask for special treatment, but I also didn't call to be disrespected for 10 min.Don't use these guys. Its not the same since the owners have changed hands...
