      image Very few tellers, the virtual tellers crash regularly, fees for an innumerable number of different "services" and transactions. The fees are substantially higher than any other bank. Not to mention, I dont want my financial institution to be politcally motivated. Nothing like what CCFCU was. Went back to Chase after 5yrs of trying to work with "Embold". Anywhere else will be better.

      image Ever since they switched from clackamas federal credit union they suck cards don't work at most atms or gas stations

It can be frustrating when you’re trying to fuel up to get where you need to go, and access to your money isn’t working—you aren’t the first member to tell us this! When we did some digging, it looked like there was some miscommunication happening with various gas stations. We’d be happy to put on our detective hats for you and look into this issue.
