The staff in the Park Ave location is awesome. Mrs. Kristine, Mrs. Lisa, Mr. Rick and Mr. Jay. I appreciate the knowledge you continue to share with me. The service your store provides, the hospitality during my visits and readiness when I call in. From common pool questions in store and scheduling pool services at the house. I travel out of Oakleaf/Argyle, past other pool stores to come to this location and will continue to do so customer service and experiences are amazing and very important to me. THANK YOU for getting me and my pool ready this summer. See you soon Services: Flocking, Pool Chemicals and New pool owner questions

Im sure the employees of the service department are aware Im frustrated with my experience so far. The communication has been really terrible. My pool is still not working. Ive had to call several times to prompt them to communicate with me and to come out to do their job. Ive spent about 1400 so far and I have to spend more. I was under the impression that when I called in and told them my pool was dirty due to the stagnation cuz the pump isnt working, that would have been the priority. Since they replaced the motor and cleaned the pool and now theyve left it running with no communication, no updates nothing.. and its getting hot again, the water isnt moving at all from the pumps, so I dont understand.. its going to burn out already! The manager should have seen that it wasnt working properly and communicated a plan as to what all the steps needed to be. But no, 3 weeks later with the pump not working and Im still having to call in to find out whats going on. And I get told that Ill need to spend more money to figure out whats wrong. Im really frustrated with this experience. Ive paid a lot of money and Ive been very patient and my issue has not been resolved or even communicated with me about at all.

Last week our pump went out and after many failed attempts trying to find a company to replace it a friend suggested Pinch-A-Penny at Park Ave. I called and Lisa in the office was not only super helpful but very professional and let me know about a sale going on. She was able to schedule us for the very next day. Her Tech, Cory came out and did a phenomenal job. Its so hard these days to find not only quality work but people that actually want to do their job! I highly recommend this location for all of your pool needs!
