Taco Bell

I choose staff interaction over using the kiosk. COVID protocols have subsided so I prefer the human interaction and exchange of courtesy and friendliness. The young lady with the italian/NY accent was sooo amazing so pleasant and nothing was rude loud or ratchet about her. The order was taken quickly and staff packed napkins inside the box. She was even kind enough to bring the order to the table OMG that's worth 5 stars alone!! Authentically a great fast food experience. Rare and Appreciated.

I am very upset with this tacobell on enterprise in Orange city. This is now the third time I have come there on a Saturday I have to work at 7:15 that they tell me they are still cooking and cant serve me yet. If your store opens at 7 you should be serving at 7- not 7:25. Im beyond pissed, if the customers at my work had to go through that, we would be out of business. Someone needs to talk to the manager of the store and fix this going forward.

Not a fan of chain fast foods, food was mediocre but the woman at the counter was the best cashier ever didnt catch her name but my 4 year old appreciates the conversation and service !

I am a DoorDasher. I came to this Taco Bell tonight to pick up an order for a customer. We are to confirm once we have received the order. Upon arrival at the speaker the woman proceeded to tell me they will complete the order when they can, wait what?? I pull up to the window. She then makes me confirm the order. I expressed that I didnt feel comfortable doing that as Ive not received the order. She assures me no worries the order is coming out now. This is at 1:03 AM. She hands me the drinks and I wait another 7 minutes for the food. This makes it look like Im not delivering the order that Im sitting at the restaurant. It counts against us!! When she came back to the window with the food I explained that this will not happen again. As I was going to explain why she goes have a good night and shut the window in my face. Incredibly rude and unacceptable.
