Moved in, not too long ago, we love it here, the grounds are so beautiful, the apartments feel like home, management is soo nice, everyone weve met has been so amazing, especially Jillian! Even the other residents have been amazing, friendly and look out for one another, its a real sense of community here. Its a gated community so I really feel safe here. Lantern Bay is amazing.

Jill, Elise and the team at Lantern Bay are wonderful!! Our daughter who is a student at Chapman just moved in and the Lantern Bay team have been nothing but amazing and accommodating to us!! We made the arrangements from across the country in New York and Jill went above and beyond by helping us arrange for delivery of furniture and assisting in all aspects of the move. They responded to our many txts and calls immediately. Thank you for making our move in seamless!!

They hire the most condescending property managers and their maintenance team on their properties are not motivated. Ill be moving in may as they have raised the rent while hiring condescending property managers such as Elise and Jillian. Watch the quality of reviews plummet for this property with the new hires! As a business owner I dont appreciate receiving emails rushing me about adding the entire property as insured interest on my renters insurance this was brought to my attention years later after increasing my rent $200. These apartments also have roaches and their pest control couldnt eliminate the problem after 2 visits. Take your money elsewhere, this is the most ghetto property management company in Orange County, this might as well be South Central Los Angeles and I should know Im from there Stop hiring unmotivated wage drone who dont know how to talk to folks rushing me to edit renters insurance to reflect the entire property after Ive already provided proof of renters insurance of my dwelling is absurd and you need to give these unprofessional ladies some training on client relations, its apparent they lack the skillsets to correspond effectively with their patrons which is while theyll most likely remain wage drones do better
