        INCOMPETENT LIARS. Went in because of a noise on my vehicle that sounded to me like the bearings were going. They replaced the ball joints, rotors, brakes, tires, and other things and told me they had driven it around and didn't hear anything. Right afterwards, I started to drive and the sound of course was still there. I approached them about this and they rudely dismissed me. I ended up taking it to another place and of course it was indeed the bearings that needed replacing! Completely ripped me off and didn't even fix the initial problem. Just FYI, don't even bother trying to complain to Big O corporate customer service as I called them three weeks in a row and they never got back to me ever!
