Wow I am in utter shock right now. Ive been trying to book an appt to this acupuncture office and trying to get my insurance to send through an authorization so I can be seen by the doctor. There was a lot of confusion around the approval process so I called their office with my insurance on the line since they needed to check the authorization number. The girl who answered the phone called the office Manager Christina who was extremely rude to the agent on the phone from my insurance. I asked Christina why shes being so rude and she answered me that she doesnt understand why she needs to be on the line when this is my problem to fix. Omg! Can you believe it?? And then hung up on me. Woah! I really hope Dr. Ruth McCarty sees my review so she can address this unacceptable behavior.

Ruth McCarty has earned the trust of my colleagues and myself by the quality of care she delivers, the empathy she shares with her patients and the professionalism she communicates to her western peers.
