Animal Care of Oradell is an amazing veterinary practice! I want to update my original post each year! Dr. May and all of the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and so attentive (Tracy always gets a special shout out for being amazing!). They remain thorough, kind, caring, and attentive to ensuring there is no extra stress for anyone (pups or parents!). Whether it was watching our friends dog who needed special care, or for our now best Poppy girl, they remain the best practice for us to go to. HIGHLY recommend this veterinary practice!!

Animal care of Oradell provides a caring and welcoming environment for pets and families. As a first time puppy mom and long time animal owner, I of course was nervous when it was time for our pup to be spayed. My husband and I saw multiple vets until we decided on Animal Care of Oradell. The owners and staff went out of their way to reassure us and keep updated all throughout the day of the procedure. This brought us much relief and meant so much. Its evident that they truly care for their patients and humans.

Jeanette was so helpful both over the phone and in person I cantt thank her enough for being patient with me and for giving me an appointment! Thanks too to Vanessa the vet assistant and to the best Vet there is Dr. Tierney!

Today we visited for our dog Minams nail trim service, but we were not satisfied with that.
His nails were cut very slightly and unbalanced. We had to fix his nails ourselves... This is not the result we expected from a professional technician, we are very disappointed.
Usually, my dog's nails last for 2 months if they are trimmed at a vet. But he'll have to go again in a few weeks because he slightly got his nails cut today.
I know you have to be careful not to cut the blood vessels, but it is very disappointing to be cut like this by a vet technician. We will never return.
Updated: They offered to fix my dog's nails again, but we had to fix them ourselves right after back home.
We wasted our time and money, and our dog was sensitive all day after visited there.
We wanted them to truly apologize for not showing the professionalism we expected from them, rather than suggesting fixing his nails because of this one-star Google review. For sure we will never return!
