We are selling our house and the buyers wanted the septic system pumped and inspected. I called Tony Harper and he came to my house within a couple days. He unloaded his tractor and I told him the general area where the tank was buried. An hour later he called me and said they could not find the tank and he needed to go get a bigger tractor. I told him I needed to have this taken care of by that Friday or the closing could be delayed.He assured me he would be back. That Friday I called him and he said he had another job to do but he would come as soon as he was done. I left another message later that day but he never showed up and never returned my calls. If you need someone reliable Tony is not your guy.
