Midpoint Bearing

i been going to tis place for years and they always helped me get what i needed , but things have changed i went there and the door was locked , i called and asked if they were open , they told me they do not do over the counter sales any more . the person i spoke to was really rude and told me i had to order over the phone . i didnt have my glasses or did i have a mic. to measure the bearing . i really needed these bearings . put me in a really bad position . bad business . i will take my business else where from now on and i will not recommend them to anyone .

I have been using Midpoint Bearing for decades for my bearing and seal needs and have always found them to be VERY helpful and always got what I needed. Today (3/29/23) I called to get prices and availability on bearings, races and seals and was treated very rudely. I was told that Midpoint doesn't sell to non commercial customers and that "I should know this if I was a long time customer". Business must be really good if this is how Midpoint treats their customers now, I will spend my money somewhere else. What a shame.
