Crystal Vacation Rentals

So we were fortunate enough to find an opening the summer of 2020 and stayed at a property offered through their website but year of 2021 was fully booked. Looked at booking property in 2022 at 350 days out (set alarm to make sure we hopped right on it as property is popular) and was able to book it but receive a Phone call a few days later saying their website is glitched and we shouldn't have been able to make reservations. Evidently repeat guests get as much time as possible to make a decision to decide if the want to come back. So, if you are one of the fortunate ones who get that preferential treatment you might give them 5 stars. I'm not so 0 stars at a flawed reservation system. Plus, if I'm being honest, the house isn't worth the price it's just hard to find a home that you can rent on the water with a pet.

Used them for a cottage rental few years ago and they were excellent. I am looking to use them again but cottages are booked. I definitely recommend them for long weekend get-a-ways or vacation on Beautiful Crystal Lake in Frankfort Michigan or (Beulah) at other end of the lake.

We own a property that is managed by Crystal Vacation Rentals and I can’t say enough good things about Angi, Dannielle, and their team of pros. They consistently go above and beyond for us and our guests. This has been our first experience using a property manager for a vacation rental and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Crystal Vacations for both owners and vacationers.
