This place has the best customer service in town! I felt so welcomed when I went there to get a part for a dryer for my company, I didnt want to leave it felt like people that actually cared and they had great attitudes! I really doubt anybody doubt anyone could match there customer service anywhere else!

Best in the business! I called with an issue for a large commercial washing machine. The tech walked me through a diagnostic procedure and located the problem. My parts arrived from across the state in a matter of hours. True professionals. I highly recommend!

I purchased a $9k dryer set from them to run some Air BnBs. I would have to say, for such a large purchase, this was the sloppiest and most unprofessional purchasing experience I have had for a long time. I feel that if you are not a large buyer such as a laundromat or hotel, they do not care about your business. Horrible communication, empty promises, and unfriendly office employees. Delivery guys were cool. Make sure all expectations and timelines are ironed out before investing in your laundry room with these guys.
