    You cant ask for a better group of guys that work in this office. Each time I go there to borrow something, they are beyond friendly step-by-step on handling the equipment you picked up when you return to return it, and overall energy is to attend to customer satisfaction. You dont see that You guys are lucky to have these employees

    I rented a lift from them and had issues with it almost immediately. The bucket lost connection while we had a man in the air. We were troubleshooting on the phone for awhile to no avail. It was no fault of our own, just poorly maintained equipment. I had to pay out 12 man hours while we waited 4 hours for them to come swap it out with a new one, not including the troubleshooting time on the phone. While they were there they repaired the original one (with our tools because they sent guys without any) and left. There was no mention of a service fee or anything while I called to let them know about the troubles. After finishing the job and returning the equipment, I called to figure out compensation for the wasted time (suggested by the technicians that came out to repair it since we were told it wasn't our fault) and got told that they technically should've charged me a $250 service call fee (for their equipment failure) but and after going back and forth with them they decided to "be kind enough to waive it for the troubles." This is what I (a woman) was told. I tried to push the issue further but the manager wouldn't budge. I felt very taken advantage of. I vented my frustrations to my husband (a man) about them threatening to charge me for their equipment failure and how I felt taken advantage of by them. He ended up calling and they immediately offered to reimburse $87 for the troubles (doesn't even touch the man hours paid out.) This wasn't even my husband's job. He wasn't involved with this at all, but yet they were willing to work with him on a solution? Against better judgement i reserved the lift again to do the lights take down. I would have gone elsewhere, but was in a pinch and everywhere else was booked out. I went to pick it up and the morning of was told they won't rent it to me because I've had too many issues with them in the past. Once again, wasting man hours after confirming the rental and sending someone an hours drive to pick it up. This has been my first time renting from them personally. I have worked for other companies that have used their rentals with just as many issues, but was in need of a lift so I had to settle for them. Their equipment is poorly maintained. Their customer service is horrible. Their prices are high for the junk they rent. I fumbled around this morning to find another company to rent from and ran into a place with great customer service, fair prices and well maintained equipment.Thank goodness their are still good respectable businesses out there! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLES AND AVOID HONEYMAN RENT-ALL AT ALL COSTS!!!!
