        Very poor customer service. Took over a week to get an invoice. Tech offered multiple excuses and finally asked me to call the office to get a copy.(He sent me a text with the phone number and it was incorrect). When I finally got the invoice there wasn't a breakdown of the charges just a fee that seemed highly inflated. When we talked to someone at the office we were given multiple excuses about the outragious cost of the repair. The best one was well things are different now and that is the way it is. I would never recommend this company unless you enjoy being overcharged.
