Horrible customer service, was told I would get a phone call in 1 week with an estimate. Never received the call. I waited 3 weeks and finally called. Said they would return my phone call by end of week with estimate and that I was 6th in line and could possibly have my machine fixed by the end of the week. Never received a phone call. Called a week later so no word on my machine. Once again my phone number was taken, claim ticket number, as well as a description of my machine. Suppose to receive a phone call back today. (4 weeks this has been going on) To top it off I purchased an $850.00 back up sewing machine because I couldn't wait for the initial 2-3 weeks they told me it would take to get my estimate and repair done. They have probably lost a customer or I hope that some compensation is given for the delay of machine repair and horrible customer service.

Took wife's sewing machine in and was told they would get back to us in 3 weeks on estimate. 4 weeks after dropping off machine so no call, so i called. The lady that answered asked for my ticket number and she would call me back the next day. Well now after 4 months and many calls later (answering machine is always full so you can't leave a message) they are now calling and leaving messages 3 times a day. Will never do business with them again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The fixed my mom old sewing machine within that day. The price was very reasonable as well.

I took in my sewing machine that I use for my craft business and now their phone number is disconnected.
