The car look great but I was disappointed to discover there were problems with the driver assist functions, and I will have to wait two weeks to have the repairs completed

They were prompt from the moment I first went into the facility. They were thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The communication was awesome throughout the time my car was with them. They were honest in letting me know something wasn't needed so that brought my price down. They finished my job early. My car was beautiful and I am totally please with the professionalism of B St. Collision. I would highly recommend them to anyone/everyone. Thanks guys for a great job!! Kudos to you all!! :-)))

I was rear ended and not only did B Street do a fantastic job fixing my bumper, they also walked me through what I needed to do to ensure the other drivers insurance covered the expenses. Another great feature to their service was updates via text during the whole process. Great customer service and a great company overall. Update 4/5/2024: I will say that my poor car has had some luck. I allowed someone to drive my car and lets just say it turned into me having to revisit B Street. This time I went to their new location off 101st & Blair High Road. My car and I were again treated with the utmost respect. Everyone was kind and patient and able to answer all my questions before and after the work was done. I was provided updates via text during the whole process! The work they did was seamless and as much as I never want to go back () this is the place I will take my car for any body work if ever needed!
