        Showed the groomer a picture of the Teddy Bear cut, which was a disaster. Was told to pick my dog up, then informed me the price went from $60 to $66, over the phone, not when I dropped him off. Bad customer relation.

      We are sorry that you were not happy with your groom. Sometimes what you see in a picture isn't possible to replicate with the texture of your dogs fur. In answer to you question about the price. Your groom was $60 but if you used a card the extra $6 is sales tax and card fee. Our prices are listed on the website and if you were told $60 on the phone that is the groom price. Again, we are sincerely sad you did not like the groom. Thank you Audrey
