My 4 yr old granddaughter spilt a soda on the bedside table. Immediately, instant reaction, grab a towel! Wrong. I was told I ruined all the towels, the soda wouldn’t come out. Country Inn Suites charged me $76 dollars. Yes, $76 dollars. When I asked what else should I of used? Their response was “paper towels” Anyone ever stay in a hotel that had paper towels in the room? (With out kitchenette) Disgusted.

Best breakfast ever at the Country Inn and Suites in Cookville, TN. I stay there 4 days in June 2017. The breakfast hostesses were friendly and attentive. Every day the breakfast menu was a little different. On the day they cooked bacon I could smell the bacon cooking as soon as I left my room. It was a great comfort smell. Have stayed in Dalton, GA and Cookville, TN and both had great breakfasts and clean updated rooms.

Arrived at the hotel,no one was there.I saw a sign saying helping a someone,after 30 minutes and yes it was 30 minutes.The look like he just woke up,I told him I had a reservation he said he couldn't find it but would get me a room.I ask what was the price and he said it will be 177 for 2 nights,I said that's not what they quoted me.He said I'm not sure how the price is different,he ask if I still wanted the room I said we'll I need it.So I ask what's the total for everything he said I'm charging your card the 177.87..Later after I received the statement it showed 199.24. Somewhat of a difference,I ask them about it and they said you have taxes I said the guy told me it was 177.87 total...O that's before taxes,he must have missed understood...All I can say is this is crazy.....What another person put on here about breakfast is true....HORRIBLE BREAKFAST

So breakfast was OK. In Orlando Florida, off University near Universal Studios. Everything was checked in OK. Beds OK and staff OK too. Just went a week ago. Fruit, wheat cereal and orange juice etc. Not to bad. I would have given a higher rank, but I had to leave early check out after 5 days and left one of my suit cases. Also expensive clothes. A day later after landing driving in snow storm and working the next day get a call from hotel stating they charged me for another day because I left my things. I said it was an accident and now I don't have my things. You did not call me that afternoon to leave a message that you would charge me or ask what to do? They could have just taking the things out and called me that day. Instead as soon as I hung up the phone the next day they had already charged 163.00 dollars on my card.
