Update-took them 10 days to fix my AC, would not assist with fans or a portable AC-in August! Management said it was defined by corporate. When asked to be compensated for the 10 days I could not be in my apartment, it was denied. I have lived here almost 4 years, first 2 were decent, the last two have been horrible. My AC broke during a heat advisory and asked to be called or emailed if it was fixed so I can find a place for my son to go to sleep. This did not happen. Even though I spoke to Jordan on the phone. Today when I called to inquire about the miscommunication, Jordan told me he wasn’t working, then said he did take my call but wasn’t going to follow back up on his day off-all while screaming at me and talking over me. Other staff have been extremely condescending. The management is absolutely horrible! Lack of professionalism and maturity. This is just one of MANY examples.

I could go on for hours about all the problems and issues that this apartment complex has. But I’ll keep this short. All the negative reviews are 100% accurate, I was skeptical at first too, but after almost living here for 2 years I can promise you they are true. I have left 2 other reviews for the Lumberyard but both have been hidden by google. I only post this so that whomever acquires our unit knows why it has a bug infestation and a leaking ceiling. We have had our ceiling leak the 2 years we have lived here, and each time it leaks it has been, “patched”. The picture of the ceiling with the yellow stick and screw is the most recent, “patch”. This was done in February, and has been marked as complete twice now in our maintenance requests for them to come back and finish the job. Because it is not finished and water still gets in the ceiling we have an abundance of silver fish that crawl out from the gaps in the ceiling around vents and locations where the dry wall splits. Second picture is a screenshot of the maintenance request and it showing marked as complete even though it has not been. Please leave any comments and questions and I will respond to them.
