I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years. My prescriptions are supposed to be set up on auto-fill and every month I have to call in get them processed. Today, I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told they were on hold. I asked why they were on hold and was told they’d look into it. After a while, I called again and was told they were filling them. I asked again why they were on hold and the male pharmacist picked up the phone and asked me where I wanted to transfer my prescriptions. I told him that I wasn’t trying to transfer them but was just trying to understand why they are never ready although I was told over a year ago that they were set up on auto refills. He told me that my prescriptions couldn’t be set up on auto refill and I asked why no one’s ever told me. I was about to ask another question and he hung up on me. If you look on yelp, they have poor reviews. I would not recommend.

Jessica at usave is amazing.. she made sure I got my meds when I needed them the most and she's bringing them to me.. what an outstanding employee if I could give her a hundred thousand stats I would..

Went to go pick up my prescriptions that I need only to find out that my insurance doesnt pay them enough for it. So they tell me to find another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions through. Very unprofessional company, never got a call to verify or update insurance info never got a call to tell me whats going on. I will NOT be using USave again, ridiculous. We live in the 21st century, couldnt even freaking call to save me a trip.
