Absolutely the worst experience trying to rent a tent for a graduation party we've ever had. Multiple contacts (emails and phone calls) were never returned. The only interaction with them required in-store visits. Then, after reserving a tent, the setup crew and the back office provided contradictory feedback about what size tents were available and where it could be located. It was the most frustrating and bizarre experience we have ever had. 2 weeks before our event we found a different vendor - Mark of Excellence in Fremont was happy for our business and was a pleasure to work with. I would never, ever recommend using tent event in Omaha. There are other places who are much better to work with.
