We signed with Omaha gutter and siding about two months ago. They told us the materials needed to be ordered and they will call when they come in then they would schedule a time for the install. I called in after three weeks to get a status update. She said she doesn't know when the materials would be in. She then called the following week and said the materials are in they would be out in two weeks. Two weeks came and went no call no update. I called in She explained there was a delay with weather on another project. They would be out in two weeks. Again two weeks has come and gone with no call and no update. We might have to move on to another company. If they do show by the end of this week and do quality work I will change my review. Communication is an important part of a service based business they say they have been in business for a long time but haven't learned that yet. The crew did finally show up on Friday and did start the job but the amount of time they are spend on our project is about 3 days a week. The craftmenship isnt so good since they are in a hurry to get to their other jobs.
