Terrible service. They send workers out with no Foreman so they had no idea even where the sod went. Sod was laid down incorrectly and not where I told them to put it after 3 times telling them. They even laid sod in a flower bed I was working on and I told them not too. No soil was laid down in low spots like Joani and I discussed and was included in bid. Now I have been postponed for the third time because they have other jobs. Seems to me they should fix what they screw up first. So frustrating! I spoke to Heartland Lawns today to let them know not to refer anyone else.

TST - I complained during my 3 month warranty nothing happened, then my 1 year anniversary the owner committed to re sodding a very small amount after blaming the Gardner and guess what 5 calls and 4 weeks later NOTHING. TST I’ll figure out my own from here. Very dissatisfied.

The builder used Tst for final grading and sod on my new construction home. The grading is fine, but most of my sod died even though I followed the watering instructions religiously. I ended up with a flooded yard full of dead grass and mosquitoes. The grass that did survive is full of weeds, and has large spots were they didn't even lay any sod.
