Had my roof and gutters replaced by Pyramid a few years ago. Woke up in the middle of the night to one of my gutters detaching from the house. Called Pyramid at 8:30 am and spoke with Matt. He was hoping to have someone get out to see it around 2. Dallas was able to get there at 10 and the gutter was replaced with downspout added by 3 PM. All with temperatures below freezing. Highly professional and amazing customer service.

We had a roof warranty replacement and Pyramid was extremely helpful in working through the warranty process and installing the roof. They took extra precautions to avoid water damage if storms were even a remote possibility. The attention to detail was top notch throughout the entire process. The crew was very courteous and answered any questions we had during the installation.

I contacted Pyramid Roofing to request a small quantity of shingles for a feeding station I am building for homeless/community cats in my neighborhood. The CEO and Matt went out of their way to provide any and all materials that I needed free of charge as well as offering to help me build any future projects for animals in need. They responded to my request the same day I called. Matt explained Pyramid Roofings dedication to serving their community and animals in need. I was overwhelmed with their quick response, generosity and kindness. Pyramid Roofing also replaced our roof a few years ago and did a beautiful job. What a wonderful company!
