They went to my friends house and lied about all kinds of stuff was going to charge them $6000 And when pressed further about the situation they came back and said it's only $2000. Horrible horrible

We had water damage in our house and our insurance company recommend Ken and his team from Southside Restoration LLC. They were absolutely AMAZING! They made us feel so comfortable and took care of repairing our house with care. They went above and beyond for us! They were very professional and friendly and got the job done exactly when they said it would be done. Brian and Tyler were the ones to repair our house and they were great to work with. We have no complaints whatsoever! We appreciate all of their hard work and helping us during this difficult time. They work to perfection! Our house feels brand new! We appreciate that so much. Also they sub-contracted Victor to refinish our floors. He was incredible he is very detailed and take pride in his work and making his customers happy.
