David was able to quickly diagnose the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to tell me the problem was with my hot tub. When I requested them to come out they only told me there would be a $145 diagnostic fee. When David came out to the job he told me there was also a call out fee and the total would be close to $600. Since the job was so quick he was able to drop it to about $400. I felt a bit deceived.

Brian came out to look at our heater to see why it wasnt working. After ordering the part he came back out the next day to install it. He was very professional and explained the process twice so I could have him tell my husband what was wrong.

Junior Ola and a co-worker came back to reposition a natural gas outlet for my new stove. Fits better now. Junior is always pleasant and easy to talk to. Also really knows what he's doing. Only issue is that I was told I would get a discount for the service call (since this was technically a call back) but was charged the full rate.

During a recent inspection of my furnace and Heat pump my technician was very thorough, including making sure there's no CO coming through my vents. And he advised that although my system is 13 years old, it's components are performing well
