Never call Air Doctor to your home unprofessional Technician My home warranty send them guy came Monday spend 5 hours can't fix then he came back Tuesday spend another 5 hours and messed up my unit even more my radiator is leaking no freon at all pls never let them touch ur Ac unit Call Air Hawk company the best ac company

The Air Doctor stole items out of my attic and garage. They were impersonal and snippy. They are still working for American Home Shield patch, patch, patching leaking AC units they Know need to be replaced by American Home Shield, yet pushing new units on people who can get by with a fix. Think twice before leaving them alone on your property.

Used my home warranty service. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Jack came out, cleaned the condensate pump and when he reinstalled it the pump stopped working. Instead of owning the problem, he left and said I would need to set up a new service with the warranty company. Within 20 minutes of him leaving, the a/c stopped working all together. Called the office, they refused to send anyone out without a new claim number from the warranty company. Dont use this company they will break your system and leave you with no a/c in 85 degree weather.
