I was scheduled for service and no one showed up. No call or reasons given. I stayed home all day waiting for them to show up. Totally unprofessional!

The absolute worst septic company out there. I scheduled a cleaning over 3 weeks ago. They ask me on the phone does it need to be dug out I say "YES" they charge me the extra fee. 2 guys show up and give my wife an attitude that they dont dig and she should know where the tanks are. Horrible

After they merged this company went down hill. They can't tell you how much simple services are. They can't even schedule a time to come out. Not because they're busy but because they don't answer the phone. They don't return messages. Its a shame what they've done to the company. I'll be going elsewhere just like everyone else.

I've had my septic pumped by these folks three times in the past and they usually do a good job. Last time, though, the guy that came out charged me for 2000 gallons pumped from my two tanks, when one tank is 1000 and the other only 500 gallons. I didn't notice until after he left. I called the office and left a couple of messages. No one ever called back. They are eager to take your money but not so good about giving it back when they make a mistake.

These guys were just taken over by Russell Reid. Don't use them. I called for emergency service, after a very awkward call with the woman who answered my call, I was told they would get back to me right away after a technician was sent out. An 1 1/2 later, no call back so I called them again, was put on hold, then was finally told they had nobody to sent out. No apologies, no desire to retain my business, no alternative offered (eg. we can have somebody there right away in the morning..). Save yourselves the trouble and find somebody else.
