      image I set an appointment with this office ~five weeks ago and went to painstaking effort with the person I talked with on the phone to make sure she had the EXACT details on my insurance card to verify that they were in-network. She assured me that they were, indeed, in-network. Now today I come in for the appointment and am told "sorry we don't take that insurance" after handing them my card. This oral surgery was supposed to coincide with additional, ongoing, orthodontic care I'm getting from another office so now my entire treatment is delayed. Very frustrating.
