Jason did an awesome clean install of a large full replacement job. He obviously takes pride in his work. Travis was patient and worked with me for months while I tried to make a decision on the best option to install. Reasonable price for the somewhat complicated full replacement and zoning I had done.

Tyler the tech on call, made it before we closed for the day. In Brutal cold weather the heater wasn't keeping up with demand. He diagnosed the problem and found one of the heat strips not wired in during the build. We will have to take it up with the owners of the building. Tyler didn't have an easy task getting to the unit through the ceiling grid and fought the situation at every turn. Not once did he complain about it. Maybe because I did for him. I'm going to use them for our shops maintenance from here on out and I'm going to request Tyler as our maintenance tech. Very professional and I feel he went above and beyond.
