Went in to get a defect/recall notice checked out. They said the engine was fine after inspecting it. A week and a half later the check engine light turns on and car starts idling and shaking super hard.never had a problem like this before. Took it into another shop, and they had to replace a coil and the spark plugs. Dealership also said I needed to replace my brakes on both axles. I didnt. The front brakes were half way through their life cycle. I dont know what they did to the engine but thats suspect.

My husband and I bought a car from this dealership this week and we had a great experience. Rafe was our salesman and he was absolutely fantastic! We really struggled to decide which vehicle we actually wanted but Rafe was extremely patient with us and showed us every option within our budget. We came in looking at SUV's and ended up leaving in a K5, which we love! The finance guys and sales manager also really worked with us on bringing our payment down to something we could manage and feel comfortable with. Although we were there for an extended time (no fault to the dealership) and all ready to call it a day, Rafe still took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and he showed us all the awesome features the K5 offers. Rafe even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and provided access to videos that were more in depth on the K5's features. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and we would 100% recommend visiting Rafe if you're in the market for a vehicle!
