        Had Mark from Echo Systems out today to help with an issue with the infra red sensors I had on two tv’s. He was right on time, super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. He very quickly figured out what the problem was and also “cleaned up” the mess that was all my old cables and connectors from when my system was installed by another company. I also spoke with Nichelle & Molly in the office and they were very kind and helpful! Thanks to Brett for the recommendation and a world of thanks to Mark for getting me taken care of in time for my Super Bowl Party! I highly recommend Echo Systems!

        Crestron is difficult equipment to have because you can't do anything to adjust it on your own. Requires places like this with specialized knowledge to program who are booked out many, many weeks.
