This is a terrible and dishonest company. They purported themselves to be pool builders, but seemed to have no understanding on how to build one. We trusted that they were going to deliver on our plans, but were instead left with legal fees and wasted money when they failed to complete the project and filed for bankruptcy. People like this have no business owning a company, and yet, they are now legally allowed to continue without any repercussions.

Do not consider this company! You will regret it! They built a pool for us and 5 years later we are continuing to spend money and time fixing issues from their poor quality. Throughout construction, subs complained they weren't paid on time, if at all. Several subs changed during construction due to lack of payment. The 1st year, concrete scaled (see photos) after the first winter and could never get them to provide a solution to match the stamped concrete. Stamped concrete is slick around a pool! We hired someone to cover up the concrete to hide scaled finish. The wall (photo) they claimed to build on proper footers failed and had to be rebuilt and ultimately had to add piers under wall to prevent from pulling away from the pool. Now pool plaster is cracking, due to concrete cracking (photos). We should file a lawsuit, but likely no money to pay a judgement, if we did. I am in the process of redoing my pool deck that ACS did due to poor workmanship and improper design at a huge expense. Also redoing the installation of two accordion doors and having to rip up tile and put in the proper water proofing to fix the ongoing leaks. Many problems and redo of work all during the job. I would stay away from this company as they do not back what they do, the owner Mike Denny is combative and was not hardly involved even when things started to go south. They do not manage the project in a hands on fashion. It was a free for all with subs coming and going and no real management of the process and very rarely was the project manager on site. The job took way longer than anticipated and took me being extremely hands on to manage the quality and timeliness of the work. I do not recommend this company at all. In addition, I have asked them to take down pictures of my job as advertisement which they said they would but are still up. Very bad experience all the way around.
