I bought a wood stove from them during covid and had it installed after our remodel in February 2022. It was cold and after a couple of months the stove pipe began leaking. They had to come back last winter, same story and finally we decided to wait until summer when the sealant would seal better. I was charged $600 for an inspection and repair and I had to give them one of my new shingles. I tried for a week to talk about the poor instillation and why I had to pay after the prior instillation failed. It has been a week and after numerous emails showing receipts, voice mails and calls I haven't got a response. I won't shop there again!

My fianc and I got into the uncomfortable situation of our car battery giving out while we tried to shop next door to here. The employees suggested trying Seasonal Living and one of the nice men inside was able to assist us. I feel really terrible we pulled him from his work when we werent even customers, but he was nice enough to patiently jump our car so we could be on our way. Thank you so much for your help!
