I never experienced anything like that,was ready to buy a bike in Cash the same day but was completely ignored! These people don't care about anything,what a shame and being absolutely on cloud 9 How can you not respond back to a customer ready to pay cash full price.Certain words come to mind!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!! Terrible customer service, never responds to calls and emails. Told us they would send us the paperwork for our purchase to take to the bank and completely dismissed us. Not a customer friendly business. You would think youd like to make a sale! Go elsewhere!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Chris was an absolute nightmare to work with and never followed up on his word! Save yourself time and patience and go somewhere that appreciates their customers!

The owner was very nice and provided us with the needed information. He kept pleasant conversation and made me feel like coming here was a good decision.
