        Honestly, I'm happy with the overall outcome with my house being sold. I was incredibly lucky to have Brandon as my realtor and I would recommend him (and the company) to anybody. Selling/buying a home is incredibly stressful and he made it as seamless and stress free as possible!

        Stay away from these people, their realtors are not helpful and even lie. She was not helpful when we asked for public record type of information. Weve been sitting here for the past 80 hours, waiting on the contingency to be removed on a house that we made full offer on. Only to find out that it was removed more than a day ago. - Response, me or my agent received nothing until the 72 hours was up. The problem is the contingency was removed almost a day and half earlier. Had we known this, we could have started a new house search much earlier. You did not address how your agent was not helpful at all with a simple request of backyard information. My agent also said she was not answering any of her text or calls last night when we wondering about the 72 hour window ending.

When you completed the lead form on our website it indicated you may be interested in buying or selling a home. My salesperson was simply trying to follow up to find out how we could help.       Steven, as your agent was aware, there was an existing, contingent offer on this home and the buyer's contract required 72 hrs notice for them to have the opportunity to remove their contingency. Upon receipt of your offer, notice was given to the seller's of the home on the evening of Jan 20th which would give the buyer until the evening of the 23rd to remove their contingency or forfeit their position. Your agent was notified on the evening of the 23rd at 7:18 pm. There seems to be some confusion as to who notified your agent however, after looking into this, I have seen the written notification given to your agent by my salesperson making her aware the original offer was moving ahead and the contingency was removed. I would be happy to provide you proof of these dates if you would like. In light of these facts, I would appreciate your removing this negative review of my company.
